Minutes-2 /19/1979

February 19, 1979 Planning & Zoning meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by chairperson Stratton. A map of Tiffin corporate limits was presented by City Clerk Steinke. Members present: Beverly Birtcher, Mary Ann Herdliska, Dale Flansburg and Wayne Stratton. Absent: Bill Bream, Roger Janssen. Mr. Dennis Snyder was present with questions about zoning in Tiffin. Beverly Birtcher moved that the two city blocks bordered by Grant, Main, Second street and Marengo Road and the lots adjourning the South side of Marengo Road between Roberts Ferry Road and Grant Street be considered for Cl zoning. Seconded by Dale Flansburg and carried. Mary Ann Herdliska moved that the Mobile Home Court be zoned TC. Motion seconded by Dale Flansburg and carried. Beverly Birtcher moved the the meeting adjourn at 8:40 p.m., seconded by Mary Ann Herdliska and carried.
