Clerk instructed to write to owner of Lark's parking lot and request necessary action be taken to correct drainage problem caused by blockage of ditch by parking lot within a reasonable length of time or city will correct the problem and assess the cost to the property owner. Motion by Potter, second by Madden to approve the clerk-treasurer's reports. Motion carried. Motion by Potter, second by Madden to approve bills as corrected to represent 145 hours for police payroll and to accept receipts. Motion carried. Clerk instructed to bill each apartment at Slim's Saloon the regular fee of $3.00 per month for garbage collection. Motion by Potter, second by Williams to adjourn at 11:05 p.m. Motion carried.
