Councilman Potter introduced an ordinance entitled CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, MOBILE HOME PARK ORDINANCE. Mayor read ordinance. Motion by Rohret, second by Spivey to adopt Ordinance. Roll call vote: Madden, aye; Potter, aye; Spivey, aye; Rohret, aye; Williams, aye. Motion carried. Potter moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Roll call vote: Madden, aye; Potter, aye; Spivey, aye; Rohret, aye; Williams, aye. Mayor Formanek declared Ordinance No. 1980-93 duly passed and adopted. Councilman Potter introduced an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1978-79, AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ACTIONS AGAINST THE PUBLIC ORDER AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFOR.
