PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Tiffin PUBLIC COMMENTS AND PROPOSALS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT Tiffin in cooperation with the Johnson County Council of Governments is preparing a preapplication for Community Development Black Grant funds. Citizens are encouraged to offer suggestions and proposals concerning CDBG activities for Tiffin. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 1980 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tiffin United Methodist Church. Information relating to the program and transcripts of the meeting will be available for public inspection with the City Clerk. Written proposals will be accepted.
