NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 7, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church on the application of Beverly Birtcher to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-2 (duplex) the lot at 321 Grant Street (between Jerry Cox and Bertha Michel) which is legally described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a point at the West line of Grant Street in Tiffin, Iowa, where said West line is intersected by the North line of Third Street, thence N 120 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 88.5 feet to the West line of Grant Street; thence South on said West line to the Point of beginning. You are further notified that you may appear at said hearing and make comments either orally or in writing as to either for or against said application. Dated this 13th day of April, 1981.
