NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 7, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church on the application of Greg Downes to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-3 (multi-family) the following property which is legally described as follows, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 11 of the Sadler Subdivision of the City of Tiffin, Iowa. You are further notified that you may appear at said hearing and make comments either orally or in writing as to either for or against said application. Dated this 13th day of April, 1981.
