1. Roll Call
2. Creation of Board of Adjustment
3. Redefine "dwelling" and "trailer" in order to exclude mobile homes from R-1 districts (single-family dwelling)
4. Establish a T-C (trailer court) district on the official zoning map
5. Allow existing lots of record to be developed according to their zoning
6. Set date for council meeting to take action on above proposals
7. Adjournment
