NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will meet in special session on Wednesday, July 8, 1981 at 7:15 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following Resolution and Request for Easement. An easement which grants to Raymond Scheetz, his successors and interests, a perpetual easement for construction, maintenance and repair of a dike and for driveway purposes over and across the following described real estate: Strip of ground fifty (50) feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on South line of Sec. 28, Twp. 80 N., R. 7 W. of the 5th P.M. 1242 feet West of the SE corner of said Section, thence North at right angles to said South Section line 503 feet. You are further advised that you may appear at said hearing and make comments either orally or in writing as to either for or against said proposed easement. DATED this 19th day of June, 1981.
