NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice if hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will meet in special session on Wednesday, July 22, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the application of Greg Downes to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-3 (multi-family) the following property which is legally described as follows, to wit: Lot nos. 1 and 2 of the Sadler Subdivision in the City of Tiffin, Iowa and as also requested on the application by Greg Downes to rezone from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-2 (duplex) the following property which is legally described as follows, to wit; Lot nos. 3, 4 and 11 of the Sadler Subdivision in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. You are further advised that you may appear at said hearing and make comments either orally or in writing as to either for or against said application. DATED this 19th day of June, 1981.
