NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will meet in special session on Tuesday, November 24, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following request for easement or proposal to sell the following real estate specifically described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of Section 28, T 80 N, R 7W of the 5th P.M., Tiffin, Iowa; thence on an assumed bearing due west along the south line of said Section 28, 1258.04 feet to an iron pin and the point of beginning; thence N 0°03'20"W, 497.45 feet to the former southerly R.O.W. line of the C.R.I.&P. Railroad; thence N 87°16'10"E, 101.35 feet; thence N 2°16'50"W, 100 feet to the existing southerly right of way of the C.R.I.&P. Railroad; thence N 87°16'10"E, 50.00 feet along said right of way; thence S 2°16'50"E, 150.00 feet; thence 587°16'10W, 103.24 feet; thence S 0°03'20"E, 449.78 feet to the south line of said Section 28; thence N 90°00'00"W, 50.00 feet along said south line to the point of beginning. Said easement containing 0.80 acres, more or less.
