CITY OF TIFFIN PUBLIC NOTICE You are hereby notified that there is a vacancy in the office of Mayor of Tiffin, which the City Council intends to fill by appointment at a special meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 21, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church. Electors of the City of Tiffin have the right to file a petition requiring that the vacancy be filled be a special election.
