Sladek: If zone 600 feet he could sell off part of ground and another commercial building could go in. How big do you want him to become in this area? Barb: Would this unduly restrict Bream? Brown: Only make it big enough for Bream's buildings themselves. Sladek: Go 100 x 300 as more reasonable lot size. Would conform to all commercial requirements such as parking and paving. Could have 5 or 6 parking spaces. Stapes: He wouldn't need any more parking spaces than he has now. Barb: Could just make them dust free. Sladek: I don't know the difference between dust free and hard surface. Could hard surface parking area and not where trucks unload. Stevens: Decide what to do with Bream's area. Anyone else would have to come to the council anyway. No one would build a duplex by the railroad. Sladek had to leave at 8:00 p.m. Potter: Couldn't we just go with A-2 and a 25 foot height limit? Barb: The council can do whatever it wants to. You could go with permitting all agricultural uses except storage of fuel, chemicals, fertilizer and meet standards such as glaring light, smoke emissions, odor, toxic matters, and disallow feedlots also. Spivey: Designated parking spaces and driveways should be required. His access is on Grant Street. Potter: Railroad Street has only a three inch base and was not meant for large trucks. Stevens: How could we enforce where they park? Spivey: We could ask him to park in the spaces. Potter: We don't have the legal description to make the lot size now. Barb will draw up the requirements and we will send her the lot-size. Barb: Do you want screening? Spivey: Not like in the proposal. Just enough so cars can't drive on and off Railroad Street just anywhere. A few posts would do. Stratton: What about noise?
