The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Thursday, January 31, 1985 for a budget workshop at the fire station. Councilmembers present were Cox, Runge, Morgan, Spivey and Stevens. Morgan will check into possibility of providing storm sewers. Motion Morgan second Stevens to increase salaries for Ralph Brown and Adelia Kern by 3% on July 1, 1985. Carried unanimously. Council consensus to put $1,000 in budget for sander and $8,5000 in budget for street repairs in 1985-86. Place resolution to raise mayor's pay on February agenda.
