Minutes of Tiffin City Council Nov. 26, 1985 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Tuesday, November 26, 1985 at the Tiffin fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on proposed application for Community Development Block Grant funds. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. Members present were Cox, Morgan, Runge, Spivey and Stevens. Also present were Jud TePaske, Dave Stoner and Bill Runge. No community input. Council prepared an assessment of community development and housing needs taking into consideration the needs of low-to-moderate income families as well as the entire community. Council determined problems of sewer system to be greatest need because system is now running in excess of designed capacity. Mayor directed TePaske to work with Mike Hart in drawing up cost estimates to determine problems of sewer system. Motion Morgan second Spivey to adjourn at 8:00 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R.
