CITY OF TIFFIN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will conduct a public hearing on the following proposal: Application for Community Development Block Grant funds and discussion of community development and housing needs of low to moderate income families and overall needs of the community This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 1985 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin fire station.
