Minutes of Tiffin City Council Dec. 9, 1985 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Monday, December 9, 1985 at the Tiffin fire station in order to consider application for CDBG funds. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present were Cox, Morgan, Runge, Spivey and Stevens. Also present were Melody Rockwell and Dave Stoner. Council reviewed and discussed application for CDBG funds. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $93,380.00, COMMITTING FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,620.00, AND DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AS THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE GRANT was introduced by Spivey and seconded by Runge. Clerk read resolution. Roll call vote: Spivey, aye; Runge, aye; Morgan, aye; Cox, aye; Stevens, aye. Motion Spivey second Runge to adjourn at 7:00 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R.
