Minutes March 11, 1987 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, March 11, 1987, at the fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on the proposed budget. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present were Morgan, Stoner, Stratton, Flansburg and Runge. Motion Runge second Stratton to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. No input from community. Mayor Potter asked for clarification on meeting pay for clerk. Majority consensus that minutes showing $20.00 per special meeting is accurate. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1987 was introduced by Morgan and seconded by Stoner. Roll call vote: Flansburg, aye; Morgan, aye; Runge, aye; Stoner, aye; Stratton. Mayor Potter declared Resolution No. 1987-5 passed and adopted.
