Motion Stoner second Stratton to deny request by Tim Spivey for building permit for addition to locker plant at 111 Grant Street because the business is located in a residential zone, and to refer the matter to the Board of Adjustment. Carried unanimously.
Motion Runge second Stoner to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion Morgan second Stratton to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Stratton second Runge to adjourn at 7:35 p.m. Carried unanimously.
