Minutes May 13, 1987 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, May 13, 1987 at the fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment to current city budget. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Members present were Stoner, Stratton, Morgan and Runge. Flansburg was absent. Motion Runge second Stoner to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. A RESOLUTION TO AMEND AND CERTIFY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1987 was introduced by Morgan and seconded by Stoner. Clerk read resolution amending current city budget by $53,150.00 in order to include new well project and increased insurance fees. Roll call vote: Morgan, aye; Stoner, aye; Runge, aye; Stratton, aye. Flansburg, absent. Mayor declared Resolution No. 1987-7 duly passed and adopted.
