Council consensus to construct an approximately 8 foot by 10 foot building over entrance to sewer plant, venting pipe through building, at a cost of approximately $500.00. Hart reported that a public notice needs to be published concerning application for new operation permit for water system incorporating blending procedures into permit. This is the new plan of action to get off high radium list. Motion Stratton second Stoner to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously. Motion Stoner second Morgan to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously. Ron Meyers from Johnson County Sheriff's Dept. arrived to say they would assist with careless driving problem in Tiffin and not to hesitate to contact the department with any problems.
