Rugger: I'll send a check to you tomorrow. Clerk gave Rugger copies of bill from Smelser and check for his payment. Eagles: What provision will be in the bond? Is the town covered? Potter: It would apply to anyone who works in town. Spivey: It's a standard practice in bigger towns. Potter: What would be a good figure? Ruger: It depends on the contractor.
