The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, March 8, 1989 at the fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on the proposed budget for 'FY 90. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Members present were Stoner, Morgan, Stratton, Eggers and Spivey. Also present were Jerry Vani, Gregg Geerdes, Bob Michel and Bill Sauer. Motion Stratton second Stoner to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. No community input on the proposed budget. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1990 was introduced by Spivey. Clerk read resolution. Second by Morgan. Roll call vote: Eggers, aye; Morgan, aye; Stoner, aye; Spivey, aye; Stratton, aye. Carried unanimously. Motion Eggers second Stoner to adjourn at 6:55 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R.
