Spivey: Probably from the sidewalk line. Stoner: Do like the others around town. Spivey: What if it sits in a doorway or driveway? Stoner: Move it to one side. Clerk reported that Smelser used 3 tons of asphalt to patch the streets from the sewer project and stock piled 1.5 tons for the town. The amount owned would be $50.00. Council consensus to pay Bob Smelser $50.00 for the asphalt he stock oiled for the town. Motion Stoner second Stratton to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R. POTTER, MAYOR ADELIA S.
