November 1, 1995 A Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for the City of Tiffin was called to order by Chairperson Sandy Huedepohl at 7:00 p.m., November 1, 1995 at the Tiffin Fire Station. Planning and Zoning Members present: Sandy Huedepohl, Terry Richardson, Mike Ryan, and Manzel Berlin. Absent: Dan O'Halloran. Also present: Mike Singer and ECICOG Tom Dryzynski, Mayor Potter and Councilmember Jim Bartels. Mike Singer explained that the Urban Renewal plan was being amended to add an additional five years to the length and also adding the area contained in Second Street from the Tif District to where and including Lot 5 of Sadler Addition is located where there is presently one nine-plex and building plans are for an additional nine-plex. Motion Ryan, second Berlin to authorize the chair to sign a recommendation to the city council that the Planning and Zoning Commission endorses the proposed amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for the City of Tiffin. Ayes: Ryan, Richardson, Berlin and Huedepohl. Absent: O'Halloran. Motion carried. The Planning and Zoning members spent time in work session with Tom Dryzynski. Motion Ryan, second Berlin to adjourn.
