CITY OF TIFFIN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION January 3, 1996 A meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order by Chair Sandy Huedepohl, January 3, 1996, 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Fire Station. Members present: Sandy Huedepohl, Dan O'Halloran, Mike Ryan, and Terry Richardson. Absent: Manzel Berlin. Also present: Mike Singer of Hart Engineering, Tom Dryzynski of East Central Iowa Council of Governments, Mayor Glenn Potter, Council Member Mike Gericke, Jim Stetzel and Clarence Sewell. Jim Stetzel, Clarence Sewell and Mike Singer were present to visit with Planning and Zoning Members regarding possible new development that might take place north of Highway #6 east of the city and north of Tiffin East.
