Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Gericke and seconded by Councilperson Ryan that Ordinance No. 1998-221, entitled POSTING LOCATIONS be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Kern, Gericke, Walls, Ryan and Bartels. Motion carried. Five members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Pro Tem Alan Kern declared the motion carried, and the Ordinance No. 1998-221 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the council on the 14th day of October, 198 and approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 14th day of October, 1998. No parking locations were considered by the city council. Parking Ordinance will be considered at the next regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council. Mike Singer is working on sidewalk/pedestrian walkway for Highway #6. Sidewalk release for Lot 29 of Songbird Subdivision is being reviewed by Hart Engineering.
