Tiffin Planning and Zoning November 4, 1998 A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order by Chair Dan O'Halloran. Members present: Melvin Reeve, Steve Berner, Terry Richardson and Tina Walls. Also present: Mayor Glenn Potter. Motion Berner, second Richardson t approve the minutes with corrections of spelling Rarick and addition of MaryJo Ogden in annexation matters. Ayes: Reeve, Richardson Walls, and Berner. Motion carried. Land Use Plan not presented by MCM Administrative Assistant. Partial Community Survey Results were submitted by Administrative Assistant for Hart/Frederick Engineering. Complete tallies will be presented later by Hart Engineering. Jim Bartels arrived at 6:40 p.m. No news on annexation. Jim Bartels has conferred with Fire Chief Tom Bigelow and Public Works Brett Mehmen for a parking plan that will be considered at the next regular meeting of the City Council. Means for better enforcement on building, erosion and other problems was encouraged by the planning and zoning. Crumbling cement in Tiffin East was noted by members of the Planning and Zoning. Dan reminded members that the Capitol Improvements Meeting is set for Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., November 17 and that all Planning and Zoning members are encouraged to be at this meeting.
