NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Tiffin, Iowa, City Council will conduct a public hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 1999, at which time and place said council will consider as follows: 1. An Amendment to City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 (Zoning) Section 5.05 RULES AND DEFINITIONS B. Definitions 73. Parking Space to redefine "parking spaces" as follows: City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217, Section 5.05 RULES AND DEFINITIONS B. Definitions 73. Parking Spaces is hereby deleted and the following insert in lieu thereof 73. Parking Space: A surfaced area, enclosed in the main building or in an accessory building, or unenclosed, having an area of not less than one hundred and eighty (180) square feet exclusive of driveways, and not including that area directly in front of a single width garage, permanently reserved for the temporary storage of one vehicle and connected with a street or alley by a surfaced driveway which affords satisfactory ingress and egress for vehicles. 2. An Amendment to City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 (Zoning) Section 5.07 D R-3 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL B. MINIMUM OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING SPACE: (b) Multiple Dwellings, to change the requirement for minimum parking spaces for multiple dwellings as follows:
