NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing at the Tiffin City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 1999, at which time and place the council will consider a proposed Easement Agreement with South Slope Cooperative Telephone Company, Inc., regarding a perpetual and exclusive easement for placement of a telephone switch on the following described property, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of Outlet "B" of Tiffin East, a subdivision in the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, thence N02°02'46"W along the west line of said Outlet "B" a distance of 18.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing N02°02'46"W along said west line a distance of 30.00 feet; thence N87°33'49"E a distance of 30.00 feet; thence S02°02'46"E a distance of 30.00 feet; thence S87°33'49"W a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.02 acres, more or less. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said Easement Agreement with South Slope Cooperative Telephone Company, Inc., and thereafter, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, may take such action as it deems appropriate.
