May 1999 Bureau of Census Report. The city has to send in a annual building report each year. Tiffin is a selected city and a lady from Iowa City calls every month for an additional monthly report. This month the Bureau has sent out preliminary house numbers for the 2000 census count. I have spent a least 7 hours comparing census data against our city water accounts. The Census count included 389 homes. Mike Hart has talked with railroad people to get the easement costs down for the location where sewer will need to cross railroad property.
