NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TIFFIN TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE AND ALL RESIDENTS SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing at the Tiffin City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 1999, at which time and place the council will consider a proposed Sale of Real Estate to Clarence Sewell of the following described property, to-wit: The adjacent city right-of way for Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26 Reeves Addition II Property upon sale to be held as one parcel and including city easements for any and all utilities on this one parcel that includes four platted lots and city right-of-way. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all person having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said sale of city right-of-way to Clarence Sewell, And thereafter, the city Council of Tiffin, Iowa, may take such action as it deems appropriate.
