NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TIFFIN TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE ISITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA NAD ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THERIN AN TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of City of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a Public Hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 1999 at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa, at which time and place said City Council will consider an Ordinance Amending the City Zoning Map for the City of Tiffin, specifically rezoning areas of C-1 commercial to C-2 highway commercial along Highway # 6/Marengo Road within the City of Tiffin. YOU AND EACH OF YOUR ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said ordinance amendment changing the Official Zoning Map for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
