9. City of Tiffin and Johnson County are working on revision to the City of Tiffin/Johnson County Fringe Area Agreement. Public Hearing for the purpose of accepting comment either in favor of or against said proposed revisions to the current City of Tiffin/Johnson County Fringe Area Agreement. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said ordinance, map and agreement amendments for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
