Motion Dils, second Shaffer to approve a RESOLUTION 3 2002-10, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 6/30/02. Ayes: Dils, Bartels, Shaffer, and Gericke. Absent: Walls. Motion carried. Motion Shaffer, second Gericke to approve a RESOLUTION # 2002-11, RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID DELINQUENT CHARGES AT SOME PROPERTIES IN THE SAME MANNER AS PROPERTY TAXES. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Shaffer and Gericke. Absent: Walls. Motion carried. Motion Gericke, second Shaffer to approve A RESOLUTION #2002-12 APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF GRACEHILL SUBDIVISION SUJECT TO REVIEW ITEMS BY CITY ENGINEER. Ayes: Bartels, Dils Gericke, and Shaffer. Absent: Walls. Motion carried. City engineer continues work on SRF and IDOT projects. Motion Dils, second Shaffer to authorize RESOLUTION #2002-13 AUTHORIZING Mayor Potter to sign documents relating to submittal of LAWCF grant application. Hart Engineering and JCCOG completing map work and clerk narrative portions of the grant. Motion Shaffer, second Gericke to approve clerk and treasurer’s reports.
