It is my recommendation that the City issue a Notice of Award to the following Contractor accepting the Base Bid Schedule: Rathje Construction Co. PO Box 408 Marion, IA 52302 (319) 377-3179 Base Bid Award Amount: $2,134,856.90 Based on your concurrence, please execute the attached Notice of Award in triplicate in favor of Rathje Construction Co. and return them to our office. A copy of the Bid Tabulation, and copies of the Bid Bonds and Form of Proposals from each Contractor are enclosed in this mailing.
