Discussion and Consideration of Position Promotion for Nate Wessling from Public Works Worker I to Public Works Worker II and Council Action as Needed — K.2

Doug, I have been doing some evaluation of the current employees in the Public Works Department. Nate Wessling has been with the City of Tiffin for 6 years now, and at this time I would like to recommend that he be moved from PW Worker I to PW Worker II. Nate has the knowledge and the ability to be moved up. He has shown that he is able to complete projects and tasks without my oversight, and to my satisfaction. Nate is fully capable of running any piece of equipment or vehicle that the city owns currently. He shows the will to look for problems or projects to better the community and likes to handle them.
