LWCF Land Swap —Information Only Out by ball diamonds, the City is putting up concession stand on state swapped land, but where the city wants to put in rec center/ city hall is on the federal grant land; need to do land swap for land that the City has recently acquired. The land swap has to be value of the land, not the acreage. Jackson states that the City does not have anything that will have the value of the land. If P& Z has any ideas, feel free to voice them.
