Discussion and possible action for Hickory Knoll: Ms. White and several lot owners addressed Council and asked for a 3rd time to get a minimum 10 year protection to delay sewer connection due to their new septic tank. Administrator Jackson indicated that as soon as school bon passed she held a meeting with Ms. White and her engineer at MMS. Motion Ryan to allow researching the possibility of a 10 year protection and if it is allowable under the State of Iowa Code and reporting back to Council, second Bartels. All ayes. Motion passed. Motion Kahler to approve option #2 for reroofing the Shed building, second Ryan. All ayes. Motion passed.
