Asking council if Tiffin wants to be in an affordable housing study. Discussion on Tiffin not needing this just yet like Iowa City and other bigger cities. Council agreed as long as not cost to Tiffin. Tiffin Heights developer's agreement tied to part 1? Legal advised that agreement is on whole subdivision. Mayor? Section 6 phased development, each phase will not be allowed, so will each phase have to have a developer's agreement? Legal advised that no not necessary but if needed we could add on more agreements. Outlot A-C-D. Discussion on changing wording in agreement.
