M. Reports from Citv Personnel
1. Mayor' s Report- Ireland Avenue Trail- portion in City limits and wants to
get this added to the CIP.
2. City Council Reports- Nothing.
3. Director of Public Work' s Report- Nothing.
4. Building Official Report- Permits are picking up. Spoke with Tiffin Heights
Developer and the all the lots are purchased with exception to a few single
family homes on the hill.
5. City Engineer' s Report- Metro plans to start Trail Ph 5 beginning of May.
Randy has been working on the treatment plant and be let in May. I& I will
be getting started as soon as possible.
6. City Attorney' s Report- Nothing
7. City Administrator' s Report — FY 2016- 2017 Budget Presentation -
