Director of Public Work' s Report— Redbird Run has a sink hole and needs to repair due to the poor street construction. 4. Building Official Report— Absent 5. City Engineer' s Report— Randy with Hart- Frederick Consultants, presented 2 maps of the proposed Waste Water Treatment Plant expansion design and grading plans. Bid date for Phase 1 will be in June. Phase 1 should be done by June 2017 and phase 2 should be awarded prior to completion of Phase 1. Jay Anderson— Gave update on current project on Roberts Ferry. Light Poles have been delivered at Willow Ridge. 6. City Attorney' s Report— RISE Grant and an agreement with High Development. Roberts Ferry Road easement acquisitions process will begin shortly. 7. City Administrator' s Report— Clear Creek Water Shed meeting will be at City Hall at 5: 00pm. Open Burning April 16- 17, 23- 24, April 30- May 1, and May 7- 8. N.
