Discussion and Consideration to Proceed with Design of Roundabout at Highway 6 and Park Road and Council Action as Needed Motion to proceed with Design of Roundabout at Highway 6 and Park Road by Kahler. Second by Ryan. All ayes, motion carried. 8. Discussion and Consideration to Proceed with Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Project Application as part of City of Tiffin’s WWTP Project and Council Action as Needed Motion to approve proceeding with Water Recourse Restoration Sponsored Project Application as part of City of Tiffin’s WWTP Project by Ryan. Second by Havens. All ayes, motion carried. L. Reports to be Received/Filed Mike Ryan ended phone call at 9:14pm M. Reports from City Personnel 1. Mayor’s Report – Pinnacle Ridge received the quick claim deed and will proceed. 1. City Council Reports – Al Havens went to the Watershed meeting but nothing to report. Jo Kahler – discussion with the County about the trail to connect. 2. Director of Public Work’s Report – Nothing. 3. Building Official Report – Landscaping regulations there is language that gives the City rights to ask for additional screening. 4. City Engineer’s Report – Jay Anderson – Closing Roberts Ferry Tuesday – Thursday to finish Highway 6. 5. City Attorney’s Report – Nothing to report. 6. City Administrator’s Report – Lights came for the ballfields. Office Furniture came Friday. Website is down and will be down for the week. N. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Havens.
