Council Meeting A. Call to Order — 7: 00 PM B. Roll Call Call to Mike Ryan to attend the meeting at 7: 03pm. The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, met in regular session on July 19, 2016 at 7: 04 p. m. Mayor Pro -Tem Mike Ryan called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Peggy Upton, Al Havens, Jo Kahler, Jim Bartels, Mike Ryan (by Phone). Absent: Mayor Berner Also present: City Administrator/Clerk Doug Boldt, City Attorney Crystal Raiber, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, Public Works Director Brett Mehmen, Building Official Brian Shay, Deputy and other visitors. Motion to approve Al Havens as Temporary Chair by Upton. Second by Kahler Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Bartels, Ryan. Nays: Havens, motion carried. C. Agenda Additions/ Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Upton. Second by Kahler. All ayes, agenda approved. D. Communications and Reports: 1.
