4. Building Official Report – Building permits keep being submitted.
5. City Engineer’s Report – Tiffin Heights East will be paving in the next few weeks. We are waiting on Metro’s response.
6. City Attorney’s Report – Roberts Ferry Road – next meeting might started condemnation process since agreements cannot be reached.
7. City Administrator’s Report – Email from State DOT discussing grade crossing surface processing which uses 60% of state funds to help, but is a seven year waiting list. Woodruff Construction will be ready to give drawings for the City Hall Expansion.
