Questions from Council Members regarding items onthe Regular City Council Agenda Discussion: JeffHeil –Northland Securities distributed adebt book regarding thebonding of 5.2 million. Council andMayor discussed with Jeffour debt limit after bond of75%inFY 2018 andinFY2019 thedebt limit drops to63%caused bythegrowth inTiffin. D.
