Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda byBartels, Second byRyan. Allayes, motion carried. C. Presentation ofGrove Park OPD – Faselt Team Discussion: Johns Faselt, Developer/Owner presented a3Dcomputerized rendering oftheproposed development along with theaerial view ofthetopography ofhow thebuildings look with the neighboring community. Faselt answered questions and concerns from Council regarding sidewalk connectivity, commercial lots, building aesthetics andscreening. Council recommends thatthe Grove Park install sidewalk that canconnect toKimberlite andthetrail system. Upton Left at6:40PM D. Discussion and Review ofUpdated Comprehensive Plan Discussion: Building Official Brian Shay continued review oftheupdate oftheComprehensive Plan beginning with theLand Use section. E.
