Outlot Disnotmeeting thegreen space requirement butiswilling topayforthe8fttrail between lots11 & 12toconnect tothetrail tofulfill thegreen space requirement, will beinstalled when trail is installed andnotstub itoffifnothing isaround. Council discussed options toensure thedeveloper installs the8’ trail. Provide theCity aneasement over thesewer easement forthe Trail inOutlot E,trail could potentially moved tothewest.
