Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: Eric Schnedler, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels andAlHavens (viaConference Call @5:31pm ). Absent: Mike Ryan. Other present City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Ashley Platz, Building Official Brian Shay, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, City Attorney Bob Michael andothers present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda byUpton. Second bySchnedler. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Update ofPark Place Development Discussion: Scott Anderson, Developer gave ahistory ofthearea heisdeveloping from Woodfield Ridge, Anderson Addition andPark Place. Wanted council tothink about the medians intheresidential andcommercial Park Place developments. Does council want to rock, sod, landscape orpave? Any option willneed tobemaintained bytheCity sohewould likeCouncil todirect himonthismatter. Park Rdtunnel isinstalled already sotrailaccess so kids cancross Park Rdsafely togettotheElementary schools. Gave updates onPark Place City Center, Aster Village andourfirst commercial tenant Fleet Farm will becoming toPark Place City Center ona25-acre lotplan onopening next spring. Traffic Lights atOakdale and Park Rdhave been ordered should bearriving June orJuly. D. Discussion and Consideration of2019 Park Road Paving Project Discussion: Paving from north oftheTiffin Elementary tothenorth oftheBrandt Property. Discussed tohave Hart-Frederick torebid theproject.
