Council gave ageneral consensus onprecast concrete over asteel building. Schedule was discussed andthere aremany steps totake through theDNR togetthisproject to bid. Estimated completion would still beattheendof2025. D. Discussion andConsideration ofJohnson County EMA entering into aLong-term Lease Agreement with theCityforanEquipment Storage Building Discussion: Dave Wilson present from Johnson County EMA todiscuss thepossibility ofalong-term lease with theCity forbuilding astorage facility onCity owned ground offForevergreen Road andBailey Way.
