Mayor Kasparek called the meeting toorder at6:00PM. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. C. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOrris. Discussion: Scott Andersen asked ifCouncil hadinterest inpursuing EVcarchargers, noting they would becredit-card activated. Heexplained thatinsurance requirements prevent thechargers from being installed inside abuilding. Neumiller will complete theinstallation. Scott alsorequested acontact atLinnCounty REC toexplore potential grant matches orfunding opportunities, andheasked foranupdate onthewater treatment plant. E.
